W-2-eccentric Z-fold with backer instructions. One form per page. 1 vertical and 2 horizontal perforations. Printed on 28# white ledger bond paper with heat resistant ink. When run through auto sealer equipment the adhesive around the edges creates a bond so no envelope is needed. Call for more information on the auto seal equipment needed. Sold in packs of 500 sheets. |
